Judy – Office Manager

Judy Pope has been with Tennmotors since the beginning of 2021 as office manager. She assists customers with titles, she is also the heart of Tennmotors always looking out for everyone else. Judy enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Steve has several years automotive experience with large automotive dealership groups in all areas of sales and finance operations. Steve also had 20 year career in real estate sales and financing. In addition he served in the Submarine Service in the U.S. Navy. He resides in Johnson City and is very much a part of the tri-cities community.

The motivation to start Tennmotors was to treat it’s customers the way Steve would want to be treated. Provide great dependable vehicles at great pricing without all the fees and games in the most honest way possible.

After serving in the U.S. Navy Martin wanted to open up a dealership.  The best way to learn is by doing, so Martin started as a green pea car salesman.  Soon after got promoted to internet salesperson and then moved into management.  After 6 years of working for large franchise dealers Martin started Tennmotors with the intentions of doing things better and providing good quality vehicles.
